Grampians, Victoria, Australia
Nestled in Victoria’s Grampians region, Mount Langi Ghiran has been crafting iconic cool-climate wines since 1969. Named after the Aboriginal phrase for "home of the yellow-tailed black cockatoo," the vineyard is renowned for its flagship Langi Shiraz, grown in the unique granite soils and cool climate of the Great Dividing Range. With roots dating back to the late 1800s, the estate was revitalized by the Fratin family, then elevated to global acclaim by visionary winemaker Trevor Mast. Today, under Chief Winemaker Adam Louder, Mount Langi Ghiran continues to push boundaries in sustainable viticulture, honoring its rich history while producing some of Australia’s most distinctive and elegant wines.
