“We are Ribera del Duero, born in the vineyard, generations ago. We are the sum of our ancestors and future generations. We don’t follow the leader, we follow our hearts. We break rules and live out loud. We make wine we want to drink. We are proud of who we are - the good and the bad. We are Malcaracter.
Malcaracter is a vineyard project in the Ribera del Duero, with no other aim than to endeavor to return to the origins of Castilian vinegrowing. The name is a tribute to the Castilian temperament.
It is a sustainable project, in harmony with nature and with the terroir, seeking to recapture and enhance the indigenous varieties of vines. It is a return to the beginnings of the Ribera del Duero: the tinta fina, the albillo…”
